We are currently hiring for Volunteer/Paid-on-Call Firefighters, First Responders and part-time ambulance staff.
Things to Know/Requirements:
All of our firefighters are Volunteer/Paid-On-Call. In order to join, you must be State Certified Firefighter 1. If you do not hold this certification, please contact us and we can discuss options. Fire meetings/trainings are held on the first and third Wednesdays of each month from 6:30pm - 9:30pm.
First Responders and ambulance staff must hold an Emergency Medical Technician - Basic (EMT-B) license or higher. Other preferred minimum qualifications include ICS 100 & ICS 700, National Registry Certification and other certifications as required by the provider's EMT Certification level. A minimum of two (2) years' experience in a structured system with sufficient call volume is also desired as well as a valid Wisconsin Vehicle Operators (Drivers) License. EMS meetings/trainings are held on the second Wednesday of each month from 6:30pm - 8:30pm.
